Green Therapy Stratford-upon-Avon

What is Green Therapy?

Green Therapy is a chance to get outdoors and be part of something meaningful and enjoyable. Our small, welcoming groups meet weekly in beautiful Stratford‑upon‑Avon locations, offering a non‑judgemental, supportive space to connect with others while taking part in positive community work that genuinely makes a difference.

We use gardening and outdoor activities to support each person’s personal growth and help them flourish, as spending time in nature is incredibly beneficial for both physical and mental health.

Green Therapy gives you the opportunity to volunteer, support your local community and enhance shared green spaces, all while growing and thriving yourself.
